We’ve just released a new connector for TranslationOS that lets ServiceNow users manage their entire translation workflow directly in the app. It delivers a fully automated pipeline within the Localization Framework and enables a seamless blend of AI translation and human expertise in one streamlined experience.
ServiceNow is a leading enterprise platform used by global organizations to manage digital workflows across IT, HR, legal, customer operations, and service management. Translated’s connector eliminates recurring friction points that slow down localization programs, like manual exports, file handling, copy-and-pasting, and project tracking. ServiceNow orchestrates the workflow, while TranslationOS executes it with precision, transparency, and the perfect blend of AI and human expertise.
The process is simple. Users select the content in ServiceNow that needs translation and submit it. The connector packages the content and routes it to TranslationOS, which automatically returns completed translations. TranslationOS manages the workflow in accordance with the customer’s service-level agreement and provides updates via its application dashboards.
